The Senior Solutions Engineer on the Growth team acts as a customer-facing product expert, enabling worldwide growth by educating potential and existing customers through demos, presentations, technical evaluations, and ongoing interaction. This role partners closely with Sales to qualify and close opportunities and serves as a communication bridge between customers, Product Management, and Engineering. Responsibilities include articulating Grafana's value proposition, owning technical engagements, delivering presentations, providing product feedback, driving product conversations, and contributing to documentation and enablement materials. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with open source or metrics/monitoring technologies, strong communication skills, technical mindset, and are located in Atlanta, Raleigh, or the DC area. The role requires collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Compensation in the US ranges from $198,000 to $237,000 OTE, with benefits including equity and bonuses.
