What You'll Do As an HR Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex HR and payroll data into actionable insights that support key decisions for both our clients and internal teams. Leveraging your technical expertise in platforms such as Prism, iSolved, SSRS, and UKG BI, you’ll design accurate reports and dashboards, meticulously troubleshoot data issues, and serve as a subject matter expert on reporting tools and business processes. Develop & Maintain Client Reports: Design and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Cognos, SSRS, and Prism to support client business needs. Ensure Data Accuracy & SLA Compliance: Fulfill report requests with precision and timeliness while maintaining service-level agreements and quality assurance standards. Troubleshoot & Enhance Reporting Systems: Resolve reporting issues, optimize tools, and improve data reliability across platforms. Collaborate & Communicate Effectively: Translate business needs into technical solutions and manage priorities through the reporting queue. General Ledger Setup & Maintenance: Manage General Ledger configurations and import processes to ensure client financial data is accurate and reportable. Provide Training & Project Support: Mentor peers, share platform knowledge, and contribute to broader analytics initiatives and reporting projects. What You Bring Experience in Payroll and HR with HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Prism, or iSolved. Proficiency with reporting platforms like UKG Business Intelligence and Prism Report Center. Familiarity with SSRS and SQL is highly preferred; an interest and aptitude to learn these technologies will be considered for strong candidates. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas, data visualization). Strong understanding of general ledger structure and financial data reporting. Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality, timely deliverables. The pay range for this role is $60,662.00 - $83,410.00 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
