Chase Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Services is seeking a caring and motivated
Speech-Language Pathologist
to join our in-house rehab team. In this role, you'll help residents improve their communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities, all while working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
We are hiring for both
Full-Time
and
PRN
positions-offering the flexibility you need and the support you deserve. Responsibilities: Provide skilled speech-language pathology services in accordance with facility protocols and professional standards Evaluate residents to develop individualized treatment plans with appropriate short- and long-term goals Deliver therapy that targets speech, language, cognitive-linguistic, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders Educate and train patients, families, and facility staff on treatment plans and strategies to promote carryover Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support residents' overall care and progress Qualifications: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Indiana Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Must be at least 18 years of age SNF or long-term care experience preferred but not required CFYs welcome to apply (if applicable based on site supervision availability) Full-Time Employee Benefits Include: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Telemedicine & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Health Savings Account (HSA) Company-Paid Life Insurance & Voluntary Short-Term Disability 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (Vacation, Personal, Sick, and State Sick Time) DailyPay
