This position is for a mid-career computer vision engineer who will have the following responsibilities: being part of a technical team of CV engineers in full life-cycle design of a computer vision solution, drive technical requirements and performance, make key design decisions to ensure the system meets requirements, interface with other subsystems to ensure interface compliance, develop novel CV algorithms and present analyses, findings and paths forward to our customers. This position requires that you be willing to obtain a Top Secret with SCI clearance and as such be a US Citizen. - Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Computer Vision - Experience in Computer Vision fundamentals, theory and applications including image processing, feature detection & recognition, geometry based vision, camera modeling - Willingness and ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance (US citizenship required) Job Code/Title

- Masters or PhD in Computer Vision, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or related field. - Displayed expertise in light transport modeling, rendering engines, intrinsic and extrinsic camera calibrations, multi-spectra effects, image filtering, frequency domain operations, image warping and transforms, N-view reconstruction, direct and indirect methods, SLAM, relative pose estimation. - Demonstrated experience in leading a team of technical engineers - Experience with C++, MATLAB, Python, CUDA, and/or RUST - Possess an active TS/SCI clearance Other Important Information

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,900 - $184,920. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
