The Role
We are seeking a talented SoC Architect Lead to join SoC architecture team. As SoC Architect, you will play a key role in architecting and delivering cutting-edge SoC solutions. You will develop novel technology and architecture solutions, write specifications, analyze PPA (performance, power and area) tradeoffs, and work with planning & development teams to architect best in class systems.
The Person
You have a passion for modern, complex systems and SoC architecture. You are a team player who has excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with other engineers and customers located in different sites/time-zones. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are willing to learn and ready to take on problems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with customers to define custom devices requirements and work out technical solutions
- Drive early early-stage architecture solutions analysis, SoC architecture, and specifications.
- Work with customers, and cross-functional teams to scope requirements
- Define architecture specifications in a clear and concise language
- Experience with complex heterogenous SoC architecture and design.
- Strong foundation in heterogenous systems architecture, technologies and integration
- Strong background in base-band wireless system, embedded systems, and SoC architecture.
- Knowledge of languages (e.g., Python, C, System C) for automation and modeling.
- Experience with design methodologies, process technologies and associated challenges.
- Familiarity with Processor Systems, DSP (digital signal processing), and ML/AI accelerators
- Experience with memory subsystems, interconnects, and IO subsystems.
- Familiarity with low-power techniques and power optimization methodologies.
- BS, MS, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical or equivalent Engineering
