Ops Tech Infrastructure Engineering Product Management (OTIP) owns, defines, and operationalizes products and programs to deliver highly reliable IT infrastructure and world class IT support, with the direct purpose to scale our support efficiently, improve service delivery speed, and drive new innovations for customers. OTIP establishes, practices, and enforces Ops Tech Infrastructure’s product development life cycle. The team supports global operations customers (first, middle, last mile) and internal teams.
We are seeking a seasoned technical product manager to own the technical roadmap of Network Infrastructure products and services. In this role, you will partner with strong technical leaders to drive the long-term vision through development of vision documents, definition of business requirements, launch and post-launch measurement. You will also serve as a key player with partner teams across the company, working to align interests and implement scalable solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
Candidate’s will possess a strong product management background. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple priorities. As a Product Manager, you will identify high-impact programs, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and balance the business needs. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Experience managing technical products or online services
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree 7+ years of technical product or program management experience Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
