Responsibilities include developing product roadmaps, collaborating with engineering and science teams, and working closely with executive leadership to deliver impactful learning services. Key Responsibilities: Define customer needs across different skill levels and tailor product offerings accordingly. Utilize data analysis to enhance learning experiences and product features. Align cross-functional teams on product strategy and roadmaps. Partner with engineering and science teams to develop AI-driven learning services. Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in product strategy and roadmap ownership for customer-facing backend services. 3+ years of experience presenting technical architectures to senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical background (Bachelor's in CS or similar). Preferred Skills: 7+ years as a technical product manager.
