The Senior Staff Engineer will lead the development of new systems, enhance existing ones, and identify new opportunities to leverage technology. You will set strategic technical directions and drive the execution of a technical roadmap, fostering innovation and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and the entire organization. Collaborate to solve complex technical problems. Deliver high-quality software and services across various domains. Ensure solutions are usable, performant, and reliable. Utilize Java, C#, SQL, NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP). Work on end-to-end solutions, including front-end (React, Angular, Flutter) and back-end services. Mentor and coach team members, influence technical standards, and share best practices. Participate in cost analysis, resource planning, and process improvements. Qualifications
Proven experience in designing and influencing engineering and product strategies. Extensive full-stack development experience, with a focus on SaaS platforms. Expertise in microservices architecture, API design, event-driven systems, and cloud deployment. Strong knowledge of Java, C#, Python, or C++, along with front-end technologies. Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), security protocols, and DevOps practices. Minimum 10 years of full-stack development experience, with at least 8 years in architecture and design. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Additional Details
