Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in HumanResources or Talent Acquisition, or an advanced degree and 2+ years ofexperience Nice to Have Knowledge of employment related regulations such as EEO, AAPand OFCCP Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven learning agility and flexibility experiences Experience with PCs and MS Office Experience leveraging the latest digital technology(LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ATS/Workday Recruit) HR/TA Certifications Responsibilities may include the following and other duties maybe assigned. Partners with management to develop jobspecifications/requirements, competencies, make salary recommendations andnegotiate starting salary with candidates. Evaluates employment factors such asjob experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, andother data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral. Sourcescandidates, manages workforce demands and develops networks to ensure constantflow of qualified candidates using various tools such as social media, careerfairs, agencies and recruiting contractors. Phone screens and conductsinterviews to recruit prospective employees. Manages applicant tracking systemand creates reports and metrics analysis. May prepare applicant assessments,provide applicants with information on the company, oversees background checksand drug testing, check references and ensure successful hiring and onboardingprocess. SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor withresponsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/ormanages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desiredresults. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of otherlower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeingthe projects from design to implementation while and adhering to policies,using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advancededucation (typically University). DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS Autonomy: Seasonedindividual contributor. Works independently under limited supervision todetermine and develop approach to solutions. Coaches and reviews the work oflower level specialists; may manage projects / processes. OrganizationalImpact: May be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area.Contributes to the completion of work group objectives, through buildingrelationships and consensus to reach agreements on assignments. Innovation andComplexity: Problems and issues faced are difficult, and may require understandingof multiple issues, job areas or specialties . Makes improvements of processes,systems or products to enhance performance of the job area. Analysis providedis indepth in nature and often provides recommendations on processimprovements. Communication and Influence: Communicates with senior internaland external customers and vendors. Exchange information of facts, statuses,ideas and issues to achieve objective, and influence decisionmaking. Leadershipand Talent Management: May provide guidance, coaching and training to otheremployees within job area. May manage projects, requiring delegation of workand review of others' work product . Required Knowledge and Experience:Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typicallyobtained through advanced education combined with experience. May havepractical knowledge of project management. Requires a University Degree andminimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of2 years relevant experience.
