Senior ServiceNow Developer

to design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, ISM, CSM, Mobile, and Portal modules. This role will build custom applications, integrations, and UI components while ensuring high performance, scalability, and alignment with best practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize ServiceNow modules:

CSM , Employee Center, Service Catalog, Knowledge Base. Design and implement workflows, custom apps, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). Develop client/server-side scripts, business rules, UI policies. Maintain CMDB, Service Mapping, Incident, Problem, and Change processes (ITIL). Optimize platform performance, conduct code reviews, resolve issues. Support upgrades and ensure compatibility with new features. Mentor junior developers and document technical solutions. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. 5+ years

of ServiceNow development. Server-side scripting and deep integration experience (REST/SOAP). Experience with HRSD, ISM, CSM, Mobile, and Portal Management.
