and Location
Bangalore -Hybrid. What Youll Do The Sr. IBM Sterling Analysts will be mainly responsible for providing analysis and programming, and support to clients primarily using IBM Sterling Integrator platform. The resource will work in a team environment with responsibility for the on-time delivery of multiple customer projects, maintaining communication with the applications IT customers keeping them updated with the status of their requests and proactively escalating any issues that cannot be resolved within the established SLAs.
Ability to support and develop applications to the issues raised by project managers/stakeholders.
Able to detect the cause of the issues.
Able to implement preventive actions to recurring issues and find a solution to fix them.
Proactively document development work, including findings and resolutions.
English: excellent verbal and written.
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

What You'll Need Minimum 5 years of experience in analysis and development using IBM Sterling.
Strong foundation in Sterling messages, concepts, and processes.
Knowledge in communication protocols (e.g. SFTP).
Familiar with relational database concepts and SQL.
Proficient in at least basic SQL commands and scripting.
Coordinate with the QC team for testing deliverables.
Write and maintain code and project documentation based on given specifications.
Understand and follow CMMI-defined processes and documentation standards.
Continuously enhance knowledge through reading and self-study.
Conduct brownbag training sessions for the team.
Physical Demands Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
