Job Description: Sr. AppDynamics Engineer
Our client who operates in the Quantum Fiber internet space is planning to scale operations. They are seeking a highly experienced Sr. AppDynamics Engineer to build and lead our application performance monitoring (APM) environment from the ground up. Responsibilities include: designing, deploying, and optimizing AppDynamics environment across Google Cloud, Kubernetes, and hybrid infrastructure, setting up both production and non-production controllers, implementing end-to-end monitoring, and enabling full-stack observability for Java and .NET applications. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally to integrate ServiceNow, configure synthetics, and establish a robust monitoring and alerting strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Instrument and monitor applications developed in Java and .NET .
- Integrate AppDynamics into Kubernetes-based microservice architecture.
- Implement synthetic monitoring and advanced AppDynamics features (analytics, business transactions, custom dashboards, etc.).
- Integrate AppDynamics with ServiceNow for automated incident management and alerting.
- Set up and maintain AppDynamics in a Google Cloud environment.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AppDynamics , including full-stack implementation.
- Proven experience with AppDynamics in a SaaS environment.
- Strong background with Java and .NET application monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Proficient in integrating APM tools with ServiceNow .
- Experience with synthetic monitoring , custom metrics , and advanced AppDynamics analytics .
- Expertise in working within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
- Ability to set up AppDynamics across production and non-production environments.
- AppDynamics Certified Professional Implementer certification is required.
- Experience with Splunk for log aggregation and correlation.
- CCNA or CCIE certification.
