As a
Senior Mobile Application Developer , you will focus on the design and development of our mobile applications that positively impact the health of our customers worldwide. We seek individuals passionate about problem solving and developing software solutions in the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software development and offshore technical leadership in cross-platform mobile application development (iOS & Android), with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. An understanding of AWS IoT is highly preferred. STAND 8 provides end-to-end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States, with offices in Morrisville, LA, Atlanta, New York, and more. Qualifications
iOS development: 5 years (Required) Native Android: 5 years (Required) Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Responsibilities
Analyze business needs and available technologies to deliver quality software solutions. Collaborate within a fast-paced agile team to complete projects on time. Evaluate new technologies to ensure software solutions are reliable, scalable, and efficient across all platforms. Troubleshoot issues in the fleet to meet quality objectives. Documentation of processes and solutions. Minimum Requirements
4-5 years supporting hospital apps BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience 5+ years of native iOS and Android mobile application development Experience leading offshore mobile development teams Proficient in designing and developing REST APIs using Swagger IDL Proficient with relational (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL databases Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures Strong problem-solving skills in technical environments Preferred Skills
Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, React, React Native, Redux/MobX, Jest/Mocha UI/UX design experience (e.g., Material Design) Experience with AWS IoT, AWS SNS, and microservices Cloud deployment experience using Docker in AWS Experience with automated testing tools like AVA Experience in regulated environments Additional Details
