We're hiring a Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst to help drive innovation and efficiency within a growing organizations Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing operations. This opportunity is onsite three days per week in Atlanta, GAideal for candidates who enjoy a hybrid work model with meaningful in-office collaboration. What You'll Be Doing: Gather and interpret business requirements, translating them into functional system configurations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enhance workflows, integrations, and data structures across D365 Sales and Customer Service modules Create and maintain detailed documentation including technical specs, process diagrams, and configuration logs Assess how the platform is used and recommend improvements to enhance functionality and user efficiency Partner with cross-functional teamsincluding developers and product managersthroughout Agile delivery cycles Build and support Power Platform solutions that streamline user experiences and business processes What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, preferably in a dynamic, enterprise-level setting Proven hands-on experience configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales/Customer Service) Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile project methodologies Familiarity with the Microsoft Power PlatformPower BI, Power Automate, Power Apps (a strong plus) Excellent skills in documenting requirements, solving technical issues, and communicating across teams *If you're serious about this job, feel free to send me a personal message with your resume.
