Jobright.ai Stella Contracting, Inc is seeking a Remote Decision Support Analyst to provide data-driven insights and analytical support for strategic and operational decision-making. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing various types of data to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze financial, operational, and/or customer data to support decision-making • Develop models, dashboards, and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) • Conduct scenario planning, forecasting, and variance analysis • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business questions and deliver insights • Translate complex data into clear recommendations and visualizations for senior leadership • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop performance benchmarks • Provide input into strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation • Support ad hoc analyses related to revenue, cost efficiency, utilization, or profitability Qualifications: Required: • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or decision support • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical audiences • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
