Your role in our mission

Design your career for growth, new possibilities, and refining your valuable skills: Work primarily in a batch schedule environment with C/Unix as the core language and servers Coding in C as the primary task, with Oracle as the primary database used throughout the company Be a driven developer who pursues challenges and is not content to sit in the background Provide production support for a large batch cycle system Engage in design efforts and enjoy solving problems Complete development of units and review designs prepared by junior development teams Participate in code reviews Prepare and execute unit tests Apply Gainwell and third-party technologies to software solutions of moderate to advanced complexity Follow defined systems development life cycle processes and local procedures What we're looking for

5+ years of applications development and programming experience with UNIX/C, Java/J2EE, and Cloud technologies, including building Docker images and deploying on Kubernetes clusters on cloud Experience with AWS Cloud technologies (S3, Lambda), Kafka, Angular, and SPA (plus) MUST

have previous batch programming experience (UNIX/Linux, C, C++, shell scripting, editors) Experience developing applications using JAVA/J2EE and Spring Boot Microservices Proficiency with SQL and Oracle Use Object-oriented Analysis & Design concepts to architect custom solutions Design, implement, and support solutions for API security, authentication, identity management, traffic management, analytics, and performance management for APIs What you should expect in this role
