Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Director of FP&A, Supply Chain to lead financial operations for our Supply Chain and Manufacturing business. This senior finance leadership role will serve as a strategic finance leader, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations leadership to drive financial performance, cost optimization, and strategic planning across the end-to-end supply chain. This role will lead financial oversight for procurement, inventory management, and SIOP processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial expertise, a forward-thinking mindset and have the ability to connect and build relationships to lead the business toward through the financial process transformation to achieve optimization goals. Responsibilities: Partner with senior supply chain and procurement leaders, key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency. Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes for supply chain and manufacturing functions. Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards to track supply chain financial performance, including cost of goods sold (COGS), inventory turns, working capital, and procurement savings. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency, service levels, and capital utilization. Lead financial planning and analysis for the SIOP process, ensuring alignment between demand planning, supply planning, and financial targets. Support scenario modeling and risk analysis to inform decision-making and capacity planning. Drive cost transparency and savings initiatives across direct and indirect procurement categories. Partner with sourcing teams to evaluate supplier contracts, total cost of ownership, and make-buy decisions. Lead financial analysis to optimize inventory levels, reduce obsolescence, and improve cash flow. Collaborate with Supply Chain operations and logistics leadership to balance service levels with cost and capital efficiency. Build and lead a high-performing team of finance professionals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and business partnership. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role supporting supply chain or operations. Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills, including expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and SIOP. Proven experience in procurement modeling and support (both Direct & Indirect). High proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel capabilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders. Experience in a global manufacturing or distribution environment.
