About the Role
The Company is in search of a Program Analyst Manager 3 PPP - Sr. Advisor to join its economic development team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the execution of the city's economic development programs, public-private partnerships, and priority development projects. This leadership position is focused on expanding economic growth and creating opportunities for the community, particularly in the area of commercial corridor redevelopment. The Senior Advisor will be responsible for working closely with executive senior leadership, as well as key internal and external stakeholders, to manage and measure the success of commercial corridor revitalization. This includes coordinating cross-departmental functions, assessing investment opportunities, and ensuring the alignment of strategy for both publicly and privately owned properties.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 4 years' professional experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. The role requires advanced knowledge of the real estate market, development pro formas, and federal grant programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate development, program management, or government administration, and possess excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Responsibilities also include leading interdepartmental teams, structuring real estate agreements, and building relationships with various stakeholders to champion policies that promote economic growth and employment opportunities. The position demands a strategic thinker who can navigate complex development obstacles and is adept at negotiating and securing project and program results.
