Our client is looking for a Backend Java/JS Software Developer to work with us on their web-based online healthcare solution. You should have strong experience with Medical Billing/Coding to excel in this role! Core Responsibilities: Contribute as a senior individual engineer within a team of top engineers Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, Agile startup team environment Develop and implement new functionality into the product. Engage in all aspects of release cycles, including requirements review, work estimation, design, implementation, testing, and review. Work with QA to understand and resolve defects. Identify gaps in requirements or designs and present options to address them. Minimum Job Qualifications: 5+ years of Java development experience. Thorough knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts. Postgres Database preferred Spring/Boot and Hibernate experience. Excellent understanding of Medical Billing and Medical Coding in EMR/EHR Systems Effective time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and shifting requirements. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Willing to work East Coast hours. Strong AWS- Kubernetes, S3, IAC Familiarity with microservices B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.
