Sr. DevOps Engineer
LaSalle Network is hiring a Sr. DevOps Engineer for a financial services organization that's consistently ranked among the best places to work in the Chicago area. Sr. DevOps Engineer Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Serve as the operational lead for environment configuration, release management, and change control Support and administer MuleSoft ESB environments, including runtime server performance tuning and connector management Collaborate across architecture, development, and testing teams to ensure smooth, secure deployments Create deployment architecture and monitoring solutions, including dashboards, alerts, and escalations Own configuration management and support automated testing and user management across dev environments Continuously refine DevOps practices to improve scalability, speed, and reliability of production systems Sr. DevOps Engineer Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 58 years of overall experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or site reliability 35+ years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft ESB administration, including performance tuning and troubleshooting Deep experience with Azure DevOps, pipelines, and modern CI/CD methodologies Strong understanding of IaC and cloud-native tooling Ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate effectively with senior technical stakeholders Passion for clean automation, monitoring, and building scalable systems What's in it for you: Salary range of $98,000$132,000 plus annual bonus eligibility Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, and commuter perks Additional perks: pet insurance, stock purchase plan, tuition reimbursement, and flexible banking benefits Hybrid work flexibility and a collaborative team culture Recognition as a top workplace for over a decade This is your chance to play a critical role in transforming DevOps practices across a complex, fast-paced enterprise.
