Title: Sr. Java Full Stack Developer
Location: Jersey City, NJ Onsite
Duration: 6 Months of Contract
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on backend development to join our team. This is a replacement position with immediate need, and the ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of robust backend systems while collaborating with front-end and DevOps teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices. Work with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
Required Skills: Strong experience in Java (8 or above), Spring/Spring Boot frameworks. Familiarity with REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Basic understanding of front-end technologies like Angular or React is a plus. Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git). Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
