Sr Category Manager
to lead strategic sourcing and procurement for our
Electronics and EV charger technologies . You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and global suppliers to ensure continuity of supply, reduce total cost of ownership, and support innovation in a rapidly evolving industry. What You’ll Do: Develop and manage category strategies for electronics and EV components Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and risk mitigation Monitor market trends to identify sourcing opportunities and cost savings Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Sales, etc.) Drive supplier performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives Implement sourcing strategies to optimize inventory and operational reliability Lead cost reduction, quality improvement, and supplier diversity efforts What We’re Looking For: 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain 5+ years managing PCB and/or electronic components Experience with EV charger suppliers and technologies Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related (or equivalent experience) Knowledge of market dynamics in electronics and EV sectors Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems Ability to travel globally up to 25% Apply now
