We're looking for a dynamic Principal Project Management Specialist to join our Endoscopy PMO Operations team, with a focus on Product Lifecycle Process (PLCP) Governance and Planisware. In this strategic role, you'll leverage your expertise in medical device product development and project leadership to drive standardization, training, and continuous improvement across our product lifecycle processes. This role follows a Hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Marlborough, MA office at least 3 days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Responsibilities will include: Act as a trusted advisor to management on PLCP governance strategies. Influence and align key stakeholders around governance vision and objectives. Develop, track, and report on key product development metrics. Maintain and enhance governance processes, tools, and templates. Design and deliver PLCP training sessions across the division. Ensure compliance and provide guidance to project teams on PLCP standards. Support the planning and execution of governance meetings. Core Team Leader Training & Development: Design and facilitate training programs for core team leaders and project managers. Provide coaching and training to project managers to develop improved project management capabilities. Create tools and templates to improve team efficiency and collaboration. Portfolio & Project Management Tool (Planisware): Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the Planisware PPM tool. Provide training and support for project managers across the division. Develop user-friendly templates and guidance materials for Planisware. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience with a B.S. 3+ years of experience in medical device product development. Comprehensive understanding of the PLCP lifecycle. Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, risk registers, scope management). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. High attention to detail. Proficiency in Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Planner). Preferred Qualifications and Competencies: Experience in portfolio, resource, and budget management. Hands-on experience with PPM tools, especially Planisware. PMP certification (PMI) strongly preferred.
