We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Network Engineer
with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in networking concepts and solid knowledge of
Cisco technologies . Certification in
CCNA or CCNP
is a strong plus. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance across all systems. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. Support the implementation and management of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure minimal downtime. Collaborate with senior engineers and other IT team members on network design and project rollouts. Monitor network performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Apply network security measures to protect data and systems. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures. Provide support for network-related service requests and incidents. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1 to 2 years of experience in network administration or engineering. Solid understanding of
Cisco technologies
and networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, routing and switching). CCNA
certification is preferred;
CCNP
is a strong plus. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and diagnostic techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Seniority level
