United Rentals . As a Sr. Programmer Analyst at United Rentals, you will be an integral part of the technology team, focusing on designing, developing, optimizing, and testing applications across mobile, database, web, and ERP spaces. Responsibilities
Translate requirements into design using custom objects, formula fields, and workflows. Collaborate with business and management to convert product and business requirements into technical specifications. Drive project success through technical contributions and leadership. Coordinate system upgrades, administration, monitoring, and maintenance. Provide leadership and liaise with internal and external developers on IT issues. Support applications, troubleshoot system failures, and resolve data discrepancies. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or engineering preferred, or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership. Expertise in web technologies, mobile app development, database development, ETL processes (SSRS/SSIS), Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and distributed systems. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Unix. Strong skills in data structures, algorithms, and large-scale distributed software design.
