Sr Project Manager Commercial
The Sr Project Manager's responsibilities include: Lead end-to-end project management for commercial construction projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain seamless project flow. Review and approve project plans, budgets, and schedules to align with client expectations. Monitor project progress, addressing challenges promptly to ensure on-time delivery. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements on all sites. Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and regular updates. Manage project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives. Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
