RIA Solutions Group is seeking a talented SR React.js Web Developer to join our team in developing powerful software solutions for a fleet management and field service software company in the United States. Their mission is to empower fleet and field service teams with visibility and tools for operational efficiency and customer success. Responsibilities: Participate in all phases of development lifecycle Collaborate closely with clients, managers, and team members to thoroughly understand project requirements Craft clean, efficient code in the relevant language with thorough documentation Use testing methodologies to enhance functionalities based on test outcomes and user test input Create technical documentation for reference and reporting Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of experience with React development Debugging and logging skills Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Experience with versioning tools Strong Proficiency in developing React.js applications Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Experience with HTML/CSS Experience with newer specifications of EcmaScript Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles Experience with React.js workflows and state management (ex. Redux, MobX) Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM Ability to build reusable components Ability to optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers Experience translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code Experience with using RESTful API Ability to propose solutions to technical problems based on previous experience Committed to ongoing professional development Excellent verbal and written communication skills Collaborative team player Fluent in English, both verbal and written Understanding of front-end build tools and pipelines Experience with micro frontends and modern frontend architecture Nice to have: Design patterns and SOLID Understanding software architectural concepts Experience with TypeScript and GraphQL Testing experience (development and maintain tests) About Us: Headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, RIA Solutions Group is a visionary software development company.
