Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws, candidates must be U.S. citizens or nationals, U.S. permanent residents (Green Card holders), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as refugees or asylum seekers. We seek a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer with a strong background in spacecraft architecture, including functional decomposition, requirements management, and interface control documentation. The candidate should be experienced in managing engineering budgets and developing verification and validation plans. Experience in an MBSE-driven environment is strongly preferred. The role requires excellent collaboration skills, interfacing with design, test, and manufacturing teams. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or related field 8+ years of industry experience Proficiency in MATLAB or Python Experience developing system engineering artifacts (e.g., ICDs, use case diagrams, system architecture views) MBSE modeling experience (Siemen’s System Modeling Workbench / Capella preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications
