Position Title: IT System Support O365 Administrator
Location: In-Office at our Corporate Office / Not a Remote Position
Job Summary:
The O365 Administrator will serve as a key member of Yumi IT organization and oversee the activity of various IT systems, including development, implementation, and maintenance of systems and procedures, to achieve maximum uptime, increase efficiency, and productivity. The O365 Administrator must proactively collaborate with internal Yumi personnel and resources that influence and help drive execution of the Yumi portfolio through the sales and operation teams to maximize results and return on investment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining the Microsoft O365 environments and performing technical tasks related to domains, security, email, users, and licenses. Administer and support Office 365, Teams and Exchange policies. Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring. Manage and monitor Office 365 services including O365 tenant, Office suite, One Drive, Power BI, SharePoint and Teams. Ensure the overall health, stability and accessibility of our IT environment. Accountable for building, maintaining, administrating, documenting and ensuring the health of IT services in our environment. Provides support, coordinates resolution of system issues. Communicate appropriately with end users to understand their needs. Proceeds with appropriate actions that include requirement documentation, design and project management. Assists in the development and upkeep of our O365 environment, Subsystems and maintenances documentation. Act as a resource for other IT/IS staff on technical issues Administer the Exchange environment, responsible for maintaining the settings for user mailboxes and e-mail, including the settings required for connectivity with Outlook. Teams and OneDrive Administrations, responsible for all configuration and support of Teams and OneDrive functionality to support the end user community. Successfully performs backup and recovery duties and establishes standards and schedules for cloud base backups. Develops recovery procedures for each cloud service and makes sure that the backup schedules meet the recovery requirements. Continually monitor the operational impact of systems, user acceptance, and compliance with department objectives. Revise and maintain documentation. Behavioral Attributes:

This job operates in a professional field and office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and iPads daily.
Travel:
Travel is primarily local, depending on business needs overnight travel to other branches and markets will be expected when required.

Minimum Requirements:
3 or more years of technical experience required in Information Technology Must have 2+ years in O365 management, development and/or design. Must be familiar with PowerShell scripting, MS O365 administration, Manage Engine, O365 security, MS tenant structures and networking cloud services. Knowledge on PowerShell scripting is highly desirable. Hands-on experience in provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the system hardware and software, and related infrastructure is required. Professional experience in Microsoft technologies and products, including Azure SQL, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Office 365, and SharePoint is a big plus. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products Broad experience with Windows environments Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues Great customer service and communication skills Positive attitude The drive to learn in an ever-changing environment Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve problems No visible tattoos or body piercings while wearing a company uniform or company dress attire Smoke Free Environment Must have a valid Texas Driver's License with a dependable vehicle and proof of automobile insurance coverage Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, drug screen, physical and physical abilities test
