AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) to join our Supply Chain Automation team. This role will drive high-visibility, large-scale, innovative system solutions for our AIS supply chain systems used to fulfill server and networking racks globally. As the Sr. TPM, you will act as the business leader to identify improvements for our AIS Supply Chain fulfillment and replenishment systems, while scoping design requirements in close partnership with business stakeholders and Software Development teams. You will drive delivery of large-scale system improvements and lead end-to-end technical program management to improve our supply chain systems. In this role, you'll have the freedom to think big and challenge conventional approaches to supply chain automation. We encourage innovative thinking and experimentation with best in class solutions. Lead technical program management for server and networking hardware fulfillment, working closely with software development teams and business stakeholders Drive end-to-end project execution including scoping innovative solutions, solution design, testing, and implementation, and post launch improvements Manage change across multiple stakeholder groups including material business owners and dozens of system users Develop and maintain project schedules, identify dependencies, manage risks, and drive resolution of complex issues Partner with software development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions to ensure successful launches Lead executive communications and status reporting to senior leadership About the Team

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 3-5+ years of technical program management experience 5yrs+ Experience in supply chain or manufacturing environment Experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
