Compliance Program Manager

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a highly motivated Compliance Program Manager to join our audit team in AWS Security Assurance to support the delivery of AWS's flagship compliance programs, including ISO, PCI, HITRUST, and SOC. You will join industry-leading security and compliance professionals to provide assurance for AWS customers. You should be a technically experienced and innovative security, compliance, or audit professional who has the ability to understand IT and security processes, communicate to customers, and drive innovative process changes through multiple organizations and teams. Key Job Responsibilities Overseeing and enhancing compliance programs, including ISO, SOC, PCI, and HITRUST. Managing third-party audits and driving continuous improvement across the control environment. Developing deep technical expertise in AWS security solutions and translating complex controls into clear compliance implications. Establishing and maintaining audit-ready documentation. Adapting compliance frameworks to evolving industry standards and global regulations. Optimizing compliance processes, developing best practices, and resolving audit findings. Communicating program results effectively to senior leadership and guiding teams in maintaining robust control activities.
