We are seeking a Senior UX Designer capable of leading a customer-centric UX design process with curiosity and creativity to revolutionize customer service. Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the product direction by collaborating with AI scientists, developers, UX researchers, and product managers to translate complex AI and automation concepts into intuitive, accessible experiences that help customers resolve issues efficiently. Drive innovation by applying your deep UX design expertise throughout the product development lifecycle, from understanding customer needs to designing polished interfaces. Engage confidently with executives and stakeholders, presenting work and incorporating feedback. Foster a creative, problem-solving culture and elevate team performance for improved customer outcomes. A Day in the Life
The role involves fast-paced, collaborative work focused on our customers. You will review documentation, lead customer insight sessions, and work closely with UX researchers, writers, producers, designers, product managers, developers, and AI scientists to develop innovative solutions. 8+ years of design experience Online portfolio available Proficiency with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax Preferred Qualifications
