Financial Reporting Manager
to join their team in Stamford, CT. In this
high-impact, hands-on role
reporting to the VP of Finance, you will support financial operations and global consolidations while owning key functions such as internal reporting, G/L analysis, close process, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and audit preparation. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing and/or public accounting, with
direct experience closing the books . This is a compelling opportunity to join a profitable, growth-focused company with strong margins and a supportive executive team. Financial Reporting Manager (Manufacturing & Book Close Exp. Req.) – Hybrid Responsibilities • Manage the book-close process and post-close integration for a recently acquired subsidiary • Consolidate financials across multiple business units • Prepare internal financial reporting packages and KPI analysis • Assist in the preparation of journal entries and reconciliations across business units • Support monthly and yearly close process • Analyze general ledger activity and ensure accurate financial reporting • Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting • Maintain cash management processes and support insurance renewals • Provide schedules and support for financial audits as needed • Collaborate with banking partners to improve treasury operations • Work cross-functionally to drive process improvements and system upgrades • Support tax deliverables in collaboration with internal and external teams Financial Reporting Manager (Manufacturing & Book Close Exp. Req.) – Hybrid Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field is required • 4+ years of finance/accounting exp. in
manufacturing and/or public accounting
is required • Strong understanding of
G/L, debits, and credits
required • Experience
closing the books
is required • Advanced Excel skills and ability to quickly learn new software are required • Ability to work on-site 3-4 days per week is required Seniority level
