They are seeking an IAM Cybersecurity Software Engineer II to provide production support for various Identity and Access Management services and to enhance operational efficiency by troubleshooting and resolving incidents. Responsibilities: • Provide production support to various Web Access Management services supported by IAM, including, OKTA, SiteMinder, Access Gateway, LDAP Directories, Profile Abstraction data provisioning, SSO certificates renewal, MFA • Provide production support for Identity Management services supported by IAM including Sailpoint IIQ, SailPoint nightly batch processes checkout, SailPoint Self Service support, SailPoint Certifications • Setup and support Autosys batch jobs. • Provide support for all Identity & Access Management services by setting up changes, resolving incidents, investigating problems, and completing service requests. • Coordinate and communicate LOB impacting changes at cross LOB meetings. • Implement changes during application change windows adhering to ECRM guidelines. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in work experience. • Two years of programming/development experience. • Working experience of Identity & Access Management skills like OKTA, CA SiteMinder, CA Access Gateway, SailPoint IIQ. • Working experience of Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems. • Working experience of server administration and usage of remote admin tools. • Good knowledge of LDAP server installation, configuration and directory support. • Good knowledge of SQL commands. • Good knowledge of F5(Load balancer), DNS, DHCP, & IP configuration. • Good knowledge of IIS. • Working experience of Active Directory/AD LDS. • Experience with Service Now. Preferred: • Good to have scripting knowledge like Perl/Shell/Powershell or any other scripting knowledge.
