Block 23 What You'll Do
As a Staff Engineer II, you'll provide expertise in a suite of technical tools. The Vulnerability Remediation Engineer will support security compliance assessments for systems and services for Infrastructure and Operations teams. Responsibilities include prioritizing and managing management action plans, issues (audit and non-audit), and collaborating across teams. Key tasks: Assess, prioritize, and coordinate remediation of non-compliant resources. Utilize ServiceNow for incident and change management. Review and analyze security, risk, and compliance reports. Assist with vulnerability and patch management action plans. Create and manage Power BI dashboards. Collaborate on risk exception procedures. Develop documentation, SOPs, and policies. Report project status and operations to management. Work with stakeholders to meet business goals. Support and mentor junior team members. Establish practices to ensure quality and consistency. Support business requirements with technological solutions. What You'll Need
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Minimum 7 years of overall IT experience. At least 5 years in Infrastructure or Platform Engineering. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like NIST & COBIT. Strong troubleshooting skills, project management, Scrum, Agile. Experience in financial services with compliance discipline. Strategic thinking, innovation, customer and employee experience focus. Analytical skills, strategic planning, risk management. Knowledge of Financial Services or Banking preferred. Understanding of regulatory and legal compliance. Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects, using Azure DevOps. Big-picture thinking, leadership, conflict resolution, risk mitigation. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Up to 25% travel may be required. Benefits You’ll Love
