The CCC Wellness Centers offer counseling, case management, and social services to support students’ well-being and academic success, including crisis intervention, individual counseling, support groups, assessments, wellness education, and faculty/staff consultation. Reporting to a Clinical Director, the
Staff Psychologist
provides counseling, case management, clinical supervision of graduate trainees, and participates in wellness initiatives and daily operations. Responsibilities include clinical assessments, crisis intervention, psychotherapy, referrals, program development, supervision, and outreach activities. The position requires working Monday – Thursday, 9 am – 5 pm. Qualifications
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or a closely related field. Licensed as a doctoral-level Psychologist (Illinois or another state) for at least two years. Active Illinois licensure as a Clinical Psychologist within six months of hire. Minimum two years of experience providing mental health services to college students or trauma-affected populations. Experience supervising doctoral trainees. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and psychological assessment tools. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical judgment skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and independently or as part of a team. Salary: $65,250 per year. The role is classified as Mid-Senior level, part-time, within the Education Management industry, focusing on health care provision.
