Your New Role
As our Commercial Project Manager , you wont just track projectsyoull drive them forward. Heres what youll be doing:

• Oversee every commercial projects progress with precision and attention to detail
• Manage job costing and conduct post-completion reviews to ensure profitability goals are met
• Collaborate closely with field teams to maintain cost controls and maximize efficiency
• Provide monthly metrics and Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports to Operationsclear and impactful, no fluff
• Design and implement policies to boost operational efficiency across all projects
• Track subcontractor labor and material costs to optimize spending
• Identify and implement cost-saving strategies to drive overall profitability
