is seeking a motivated
Sterilization Technician
to join our team! This role is critical to ensuring our practice runs smoothly and our patients receive the highest level of care.
What You'll Do:
Oversee inventory and distribution of instruments, equipment, and supplies. Control inventory levels, reorder supplies, and check expiration dates. Inspect, disassemble, clean, and process reusable instrumentation and equipment. Diagnose equipment issues, replace or repair parts, and make process adjustments as needed. Support implementation of new technology and processes for improved efficiency. Maintain cleanliness of all processing equipment and department workspaces. Unload and store supplies correctly, ensuring items are tracked and logged properly. Ensure compliance with OSHA and state regulations while maintaining safety protocols. Create and manage processes and tools for mobile GIS data collection and consumption (as applicable). Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in office equipment and software (MS Excel, Word, and practice management systems) Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and complete work independently Strong communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with doctors, team members, and patients
