Here’s what YOU get to do: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Lead as a high-performing salesperson and attend key sales events. Implement marketing campaigns and promotions. Motivate the team to meet targets and uphold standards. Conduct monthly performance reviews and set individual goals. Foster a positive, collaborative team environment. Hire and train new staff, and organize training sessions. Manage staff schedules and time-off requests. Ensure excellent customer service and address concerns promptly. Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with procedures. Maintain store cleanliness and organization. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company rules. Prepare weekly reports and communicate updates. Attend weekly store managers' meetings. Our Ideal Candidate: Sales-oriented, you have a perfect mastery of sales techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills. Great rigor and heightened organizational skills. Mandatory English language proficiency, both oral and written. First experience in sales and commerce is mandatory.
