Our client is seeking an experienced Field Engineer/Inspector with ACI Certification to perform inspections and testing services for various construction materials, including soils, foundations, structural masonry, fireproofing, reinforced concrete, and post-tensioned concrete.nAbout the Role:nnConduct inspections and perform testing on construction materials, including soils, asphalt, concrete, masonry, and fireproofing.nReview civil and structural plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.nUtilize testing methods and equipment following ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, DOT, and other relevant standards.nProvide clear, concise reports on test results and inspections.nUse field data collection software and Microsoft Word to document findings.nCommunicate effectively with clients, engineers, and project teams.nnWho You Are:nn5+ years of experience in inspections and construction testing (soils, asphalt, concrete, masonry).nACI Field Level 1 Certification (required for concrete testing).nAt least one ICC Certification (ICC Soils, ICC Reinforced Concrete, ICC Structural Masonry, ICC Spray-Applied Fireproofing, or ICC Structural Steel and Bolting).nKnowledge of testing and inspection methods, and industry standards like ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, and DOT.nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.nValid Driver’s License.nProficiency in using computers (Word) and field data collection software.nnNice to Have:nnAdditional certifications from nationally recognized organizations (CWI, NICET, PTI Level I or II) are a plus but not required.nnAdditional Info:nnTemp to perm positionnPay Rate: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experiencennIf you’re a skilled Field Engineer/Inspector with the required certifications and experience, we’d love to hear from you.
