Duties: Assist senior attorneys and partners on legal matters concerning students' rights in educational environments Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and court documents Participate in administrative hearings and support litigation efforts Advise educational clients on disability accommodations, compliance, and policy issues Engage with administrative bodies like OAH, CDE, and OCR Support client counseling related to Section 504, IDEA, ADA, and similar frameworks Requirements: 0-5 years of legal experience, preferably in education or disability law Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Interest or experience with public sector or educational clients Ability to work collaboratively in a team Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admission or eligibility for admission to the California State Bar Skills: Legal research and drafting Knowledge of federal and California education and disability statutes Interpersonal communication Administrative hearing support Organizational and time management skills Job Location:
