Job Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive eye examinations utilizing standard optometric equipment and interpret diagnostic results for a clinical trial. Diagnose and manage ocular diseases in accordance with current clinical standards. Provide appropriate recommendations for subject follow-up based on clinical findings. Address subject questions regarding study procedures, potential risks, and general concerns with clarity and professionalism. Accurately document and report clinical research findings in a timely manner, including immediate notification of any serious adverse events as defined by the study protocol. Previous clinical trial experience is not required; a brief training program will be provided at the start of the engagement. This is a 3-month contract position beginning in August Onsite presence required at the New Jersey facility. Flexible with their scheduling. A couple shifts a month and potential for more Start ASAP Job Requirements: Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school. Active and unrestricted state optometry license. Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a practicing optometrist. Strong clinical knowledge and applied understanding of optometric principles and evidence-based practices for the diagnosis and treatment of ocular conditions. Prior Investigator background is a plus DEA and CSR/CDS licensure required. Must carry active malpractice insurance coverage. Seniority level
