Regional Director of Nursing

to oversee clinical operations across multiple inpatient behavioral health facilities throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: BSN/MSN preferred Minimum

3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) ️ At least

2 years of nursing leadership or management experience ️ Minimum

1 year of inpatient behavioral health / psychiatric experience ️ Current

RN license in Louisiana

(Mississippi license required within 3 months of hire) ️ Must reside in

Lafayette, Baton Rouge, New Orleans , or nearby surrounding areas ️ Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing teams across multiple sites Regional Director of Nursing - Behavioral Health Description: This is an excellent opportunity for you to lead on a broader scale, move beyond a single facility and work on regional strategy, staff development, and performance improvement and shape clinical practices system -wide. Salary and Compensation: Salary:

$145k - $150K + performance-based incentives based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package - Medical, Dental and Vision coverage.
