Swoon is actively seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst
to join the team! What will your day-to-day look like? Analyze and guide the design, configuration, testing, debugging, and implementation of new features, workflows and extensions within the product Configure and manage employee profiles, pay rules, and profiles Monitor recurring data feeds between timekeeping and other systems ensuring planned systems are tested and implemented Design and generate reports to support business insights, creating metrics and dashboards Analyze and document current WFM, HR, Timekeeping, and scheduling functionality What’s required? 10+ years of experience in HRIS 5+ years of experience in UKG Pro/ UltiPro with timekeeping modules Exposure to TOGAF and BOST methodology is a huge plus Things to Love about this company!
