Strong process development and implementation skills Ability to lead and work well with multiple priorities, and effectively handle concurrent demands to prioritize responsibilities Ability to formulate clear governance strategy, present and gain support Ability to effectively integrate, contribute and overlap with other functions including cloud/enterprise architecture, compliance, risk, engineering, developers Ability to formulate objectives with clear business value and demonstrate progress along the way Ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts with proven experience driving decision making across different stakeholder groups Ability to drive enthusiasm around the value of governance for the organization Ability to be self-directed and to proactively anticipate problems and seek opportunities Ability to Translate between the Business and Technology Ability to navigate across complex interpersonal levels, influence leaders and their decisions A champion for continuous improvement Experience in compliance and risk management.

Help define & implement compliance and governance strategy across Alpha in alignment with State Street’s corporate vision and strategy Candidate must have experience in Java, J2EE, Structs, JSP, EJB's, Weblogic, Jboss,Abinitio ,Sybase,Shell scripting Business skills: Benchmark Data/refrence Data,Yeild Book,BLBG Port Provide inputs and contribute for Design and Build in Implementation of ETL/Bigdata projects Expertise in ETL technology (Ab Initio, Hadoop) Understands potential impacts of proposed solutions on other systems, processes or projects Participates in day-to-day execution of the architecture strategy Works within a single project to develop, communicate, and mentor others on design/implementation standards, guidelines and best practices
Experience Required-
Jave, J2EE, Structs, JSP, EJB's, Weblogic, Jboss,Abinitio ,Sybase,Shell scripting Business skills:Benchmark Data/refrence Data,Yeild Book,BLBG Port Provide inputs and contribute for Design and Build in Implementation of ETL/Bigdata projects Effective liaison with GTIS (infrastructure), other engineering teams Expertise in ETL technology (Ab Initio, Hadoop) Minimum of 3 years of Ab Initio ETL experience Professional production support experience Should have Good communication skills
