We are currently seeking a ServiceNow - Platform Solution Consultant to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). NTT DATA is looking for an exceptional Senior ServiceNow Platform Solutions Consultant to add to our Business Process Consulting organization. You'll be responsible for setting the stage for our engagements by partnering with our clients to serve as a trusted advisor. You'll work as part of the project leadership team to help define the client's ServiceNow transformation through gathering requirements aligned with process and platform best practices. Primary Responsibilities: Work closely with our clients to determine strategies for increased solutions adoption and organizational readiness Leading functional discovery and process workshops and working sessions leveraging the NTT methodology Defining industry and client specific business process solutions while identifying opportunities and advising on all things business process related to ServiceNow implementation projects Furthering your ServiceNow Expertise by developing knowledge on multiple practices within the ServiceNow platform Primary skillset in ITSM with secondary skillset with HRSD and experience with Integration between the modules.
