Job Title
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the restoration of files, profiles, and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault. Willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores. Assist customers with file management, profile standards, and email organization. Profile and permission structure knowledge. Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment. Mandatory Skills: Assist customers with file management, profile standards, and email organization. Assist in the restoration of files, profiles, and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault. Profile and permission structure knowledge. Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment. Cert Required: IAT Level II cert required CompTIA Security+ CE Education/Experience: HS or GED - 15 Years Bachelors - 10 Years TS/SCI w/ FS poly required.
