Analyze data to identify trends, validate accuracy, and highlight opportunities for efficiency. Communicate insights clearly to business and technical teams.? System & User Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues. Assist in the implementation of system enhancements and modifications to improve user experience and operational stability. Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with stakeholders to define system requirements. Translate needs into clear specifications, project documentation, or technical reports to support solution design and delivery. Testing & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with business units to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Identify defects and ensure alignment with requirements. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business partners. Facilitate smooth communication to ensure project goals and timelines are met. Develop and deliver reports based on analysis, system performance, and user feedback. Identify areas for process improvement or automation Resolve complex system issues and ensure the continuous operation of production systems. Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call support schedule. Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in systems support, analytics, or operational support Preferred Experience Trade Finance domain expertise or exposure to banking products/services Knowledge of systems design and IT architecture, including microservices and integration frameworks Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, with the ability to write complex SQL queries Familiarity with BI tools or enterprise reporting frameworks Working knowledge of ServiceNow or other IT ticketing systems Experience with both Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies Strong documentation and requirements-gathering skills across technical and non-technical audiences Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities Comfortable working independently and asking clarifying questions when needed Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call rotations
