*Position requires TS/SCI with a Full Scope polygraph.*
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in the restoration of filesprofiles and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault
•Willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores.
•Assist customers with file management, profile standards and e-mail organization
•Profile and permission structure knowledge
•Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment
