nYou will be an L5 Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin, responsible for managing the maintenance and updates of automated production test equipment. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality products and services, and as an Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in leading a team of test engineers and ensuring the successful execution of production test equipment efforts.
nWhat You Will Be Doing
nAs an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of test engineers in supporting and developing Automated Test Equipment (ATE). You will provide test engineering management coverage for program status meetings, risk meetings, new proposal efforts, and various Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings. You will also interface with other functions to coordinate solutions and updates for production test equipment issues, and work with other test engineering and program elements to define scope and defend Basis of Estimates (BOEs) in proposal efforts.
nYour responsibilities will include:
n• Leading a team of test engineers in supporting and designing Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
n• Managing the maintenance and updates of automated production test equipment
n• Providing test engineering management coverage for program meetings and proposal efforts
n• Interfacing with other functions to coordinate solutions and updates for production test equipment issues
n• Mentoring and leading less experienced engineers, and ensuring test engineering policies and procedures are followed
n• Providing continual feedback to assigned engineers and conducting performance reviews
n• Managing project budgets and creating proposals

nMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
nBasic Qualifications:
n• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
n• Experience in a lead role supporting electronics test equipment
n• Experience managing project budgets and creating proposals.
nDesired Skills:
n• 12+ years of Test Engineering experience.
n• Proficiency with test equipment programming software such as LabVIEW, TestStand, CVI, etc.
n• Experience supporting non-conformance dispositions, Failure Review Boards (FRB), and Material Review Boards (MRB).
n• Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
n• Experience developing and supporting DoD test equipment for electronic assemblies and systems.
nSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
nClearance Level: Secret

nAbility to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
nWork Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
nSchedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
